Creating what you want in the world has long been relegated to something between the self-help realm and some kind of Kumbaya spirituality. Trying to get what we want and being attached, anxious or even fearful is a vain effort. Once we are in the sympathetic nervous system we are no longer on fertile ground. It is difficult to create an outcome as an effort of will.
